BSK Financial Planning Limited will investigate your complaint and provide you with a written final response setting out the outcome of their investigation.  They will keep you informed of the progress of your complaint and will aim to resolve it as quickly as possible.

If you are not satisfied with the final response, or if eight weeks have passed since your complaint was first raised, you may be entitled to refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service.

You must do so within six months of the date of the final response.
